Pros
Great concept in terms of how they have repackaged and sold holistic wellness. It’s basically mind body spirit with a performance twist that makes it attractive for companies.
Cons
Hypocrisy runs rampant. Company is run by a bunch of idiots who don’t have a clue. People have lofty titles but are a department of one. No trust. Micromanagement. Company promotes and teaches engagement to employees at other companies but their own employees are super disengaged.
