Great people at lower levels. I feel sorry for them being stuck at this miserable place

Cons

Uppermost levels of senior management are horrible, except the COO who is a gem. Avoid this place at all costs. Culture of back stabbing and complete lack of transparency, ulterior motives

Cons

This company has a toxic work culture starting at the very top with upper management. Reliance on a key position at the top who is often absent and mercurial make this a very difficult workplace to navigate.
