      Better work-life balance but unstable upper management

      Pros

      Most teams have better work life balance. Good leave policy - around 29 pl in a year with limited carryforward system Festivals celebrations Good for taking initial level of exp.

      Cons

      If you are in build/service - the work is done on sitecore platform which is customized and not core so keep in mind that when you want to switch this will not going to help in it and be ready to learn from yourself. Upper mang. is not stable - in my course of 4 years i have seen multiple changes in board members

      Employees treated as expendable under uncaring leadership

      Pros

      I am able to work from home.

      Cons

      IDX operates with leadership that shows a complete lack of care for its employees. People are treated like disposable cogs with o regard for well being or basic respect. There is no real effort to create even a decent working setup. The role is reduced to giving labor while receiving mediocre compensation in return.
