      Pros

      Non. You don't get the perks of a big company nor the decency of smaller ones.

      Cons

      I could write a long review, but basically these folks don't care about people. As soon as the project ends, your job ends. Benefits are terrible, bad reputation with the clients, incompetent senior management.

      nice people, location, telework, flexibility, decent salary

      Cons

      Compensation (base, bonus) was not well structured for this type of work/contract... no training, poor performance bonus, poor management and/or no management support. Exempt, no over time pay
