I worked at IP Network Solutions as an intern

    Pros

    - Great Learning environment
    - Immersion into actual work

    Cons

    - The internship was unpaid
    - Too far

I worked at IP Network Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Did what they promised and easy to work with as a contract company. I was stationed overseas and they addressed any issues that came up during that time.

    Cons

No real opportunity to advance, but I was only in that country for a year total. No bad feelings about this.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at IP Network Solutions full-time

    Pros

Good snacks, meals were provided every other week.

    Cons

If you want to be over-worked and unappreciated, this is the place for you. The CEO has no knowledge of how to successfully run a company and treats the employees like robots he can control.

    Advice to Management

    CARE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES

  4. "Excellent Company. Very good benefits including the best 401k matching in Government Contractors"

I have been working at IP Network Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management polite and listens to you. I have had a lot of experience working for several Government contractors in the beltway, by far this is the best company that really cares for you

    Cons

It is a small but growing company and hence health benefits is a little expensive

    Advice to Management

I understand that the company has employees in many states and countries but can do a better job of communications. Newsletters have helped a great deal

    Negative Outlook

I worked at IP Network Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Zero. Do not walk away from this company, RUN!

    Cons

Paychecks weeks late, then show up without corporate signature. Recruiter hiring employees with ZERO experience. Managers with ZERO leadership. Company directors clueless.

    Advice to Management

Take a close look at your people and processes. They are broken. You may have loyalty to some of these folks because they are familiar and friendly, but they are driving away your talent and will / have cost you money.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at IP Network Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This company does a good job of competing for government services contracts. Their specialty is IT services but they have some engineering and other support capabilities as well. They encourage employee development. They have taken steps to try and help employees that were impacted by the recent government furloughs and shutdown.

    Cons

This is a small company with employees on several sites in multiple states, so the benefit packages that they are able to negotiate vary across the company. In my particular case, the health insurance package is the worst I've ever had.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at IP Network Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I get to do meaningful work without being micromanaged. I get to help my customer every day. My work makes a difference. I am getting training and development opportunities for my career, not just my current job

    Cons

None that I can think of

    Advice to Management

    Need more company social activities

I worked at IP Network Solutions as a contractor

    Pros

Co-workers were cool to work with

    Cons

Pay is very, very low for what we do.

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay to keep employees before it's too late.
