I worked at ISA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The school has good academic program for elementary, middle and high school. They have a nice campus in the middle in the city. IISA is the only international school in Aleppo

    Cons

The major con in ICARDA International school is that local teachers are underpaid and underestimated. Plus, summer vacation is very short.

    Advice to Management

salaries of local teachers should be reconsidered as compared to the salaries if international hires.
