      The population you work with, paid holidays and winter break, independent insurance is mostly if not all covered.

      Pros

      The work is rewarding, working with in schools is great, have "self-care days", follow federal holiday schedule and have a winter break, depending on program managers can be flexible and good to work with.

      Cons

      Bad pay, less than $0.50 cent raise, program directors are out of touch with day-to-day activities,
