In the crypto space, so reliant on the ups and downs of the industry. Lay offs were common despite making it sound like the company had years of runway to live through bear market conditions

The people and culture here are phenomenal. There aren't any boring days at Immutable - I truly enjoy every day I'm here. With the nature of this industry, there's always something new to learn and work on. It's a challenging environment as the tech is always changing - which makes the rewards ever so better. Everyone is incredibly smart, kind, and willing to help. I can't recommend Immutable enough.
