    Pros

    Perfect environment for females, very cooperative, very peaceful, motivational, gives opportunity to learn

    Cons

    Small size organisation hence no opportunity for promotion, salary package is low, because of limited industry segment you hardly get opportunity to move out, appraisal system is not transparent

    Advice to Management

    Show appreciation for good work and make appraisal system transparent

    the Environment, the job Profile, flexibility of doing things, Timing, saturday alternate and sundays off. The office was nice. breakfast and lunch time with collegues is good
