      Pros

      Full-Time, benefits, not bad if you start out with a good rate.

      Cons

      Shift work: It's really difficult to get a day shift, unless you're female it seems, the senior people already take up the choice shifts. If your rate starts low, it will stay there for years. No headphones allowed. When something goes wrong even the managers are treated with utter disrespect by the owner.

      Pros

      There are a few people there that are super helpful. Hours aren’t bad either.

      Cons

      It’s more like a factory than a creative company. You actually have to clock out for your 30 minute lunch, which is hardly doable since it’s in an office part with no food options available on site. Salary is also low for this industry with little to no raises.

      Extremely blatant favoritism. Unprofessional. Petty. Mean. Almost everyone who works there is oppressed and unhappy - particularly females.
