Pros

good culture, engaged management to a point, transparency with staff. Sharing of thoughts. Open door policy, benefits are pretty good, create your own opportunities if you want to go anywhere with the company.

Cons

Managed by committee - too many chiefs with differing opinions, you get one answer from one and another answer from another. Everyone says they are on the same page but they are all working their own agenda

Pros

Like with many companies, you can find great co-workers everywhere. The commission structure was solid, and the ability to hit higher financial goals was always within reach.

Cons

Operates as a "family-owned" organization, with heavily involved owners that tend to be more "my way or the highway". Leadership clearly had their favorites, and the rest of the employees were just subordinates.
