Pros
There are so many great people stuck working for this company. You'll find and build wonderful work friendships (mutually complaining about the workload & overwhelm).
Cons
Salaried position with overtime work expected, 55-60+ hours a week. Bare minimum PTO offered. No alotted sick days (though some managers may be flexible if you are willing to pull missed project work after or before working hours/or on weekends.) Small pay increase offers in your annual review, only when you ask them for a compensation increase of course. Pay increases based simply off the previous year's cost of living increase. These will NOT be off performance & years of service. The CEO and his executive staff (family) have no idea the inner workings of their own company. Overall executive motto - your position is replaceable if you want more. They would rather find someone entry level (straight out of college) to do work for cheap. Not worth the amount of time, effort, and energy you’ll be expected to produce. The work will drain you.
