Miserable experience with incompetent management

Management has absolutely no clue what they're doing. They hired me as a maintenance tech, sent me to their new edgewater plant to help get it up and running. There were supposed to be two maintenance people at the new plant. They had 4 people there all doing the same thing!!! They over hired the job and since I was the highest paid and the newest I got the axe after 3 days. They basically had me doing janitorial stuff. When the call came in that they were letting me go the lamest excuse was "You don't have the required skill set". Are you f'n kidding g me! I'm a highly trained technician who was exceeds expectations for the last 20 years!!!! It was a total lie and rather insulting as they had me doing pretty much labor and janitorial duties. They were just covering their rear ends as they hired too many people. Do NOT work here, they're the lamest management team I've ever seen!!!
