They offered good benefits, excellent equipment and allowed some overtime.
Cons
The company was poorly managed from the top down. I worked for a branch of the company that was in another state from the main office and were made to second class in comparison to people in head quarters. Never made to feel a part of the team. Pay was very low and did not receive a penny of a pay increase in 3 years.
