      I worked in the Day Program and grew to love both the consumers and the staff. Indian Creek Foundation fosters a caring, high-energy environment where you feel appreciated and supported every day. You can make a real, lasting impact on the lives of the people you serve. I looked forward to coming to work each day, knowing I was making a difference and that I was valued. They truly care about their employees.

      The work can be physically and emotionally demanding at times. It requires consistently high energy and patience, but the rewards far outweigh the challenges.
