Pros
I had a really positive experience working at Infidigit. The best part for me was the people. I got to work with colleagues and managers who were always open to sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and helping whenever needed. There was a genuine culture of learning, and if you were curious enough to explore something new, you always found someone willing to guide you. The work itself was interesting because no two days felt the same. There were challenging clients, technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and opportunities to try different approaches instead of just following a fixed process. You are trusted with responsibilities if you prove yourself, which keeps the work engaging and helps you grow. Of course, agency life comes with its own challenges. There are busy phases where deadlines get tight and client expectations can be demanding. It can feel hectic at times, but I never felt that I was dealing with those situations alone. The team always came together whenever things got difficult, and that's something I'll genuinely miss. Overall, I leave with a lot of good memories, meaningful friendships, and learnings that I'll carry throughout my career. Wishing the team all the very best for the future.
