      Pros

      Infinity Nation offer a wide range of benefits along with a cool office space in a converted barn with amazing views of the countryside. The team are great and make the working environment a fun place to be. The opportunity to train and develop is fantastic and the company are always open to suggestions for improvement.

      Cons

      You'll find that Al, our Director, has a very busy diary so trying to find time with him can be difficult! Although other members of the Senior Managment Team are always around to assist.

      Pros

      Infinity Nation have been a very organised and structured company to work for. Upon joining I had a clear plan in place for my role and development moving forwards, with regular check ins and clear goals to reach. There are a lot of processes in place which make it easier for a new starter to get their feet under the table.

      Cons

      An area that can be improved, and has been addressed since I arrived, is the reporting that is given to clients.
