Pros
Easy commissions earned through helping unhappy publishers. Great work environments. Solid product.
Cons
A lot of accounts to manage.

Pros
I really enjoyed working here. I like the people a lot - excellent player-coach management, fun team-building events, smart, creative approach to presenting the products. Good compensation, perks, plenty of autonomy, and if you're outside CA, you work remotely/from home.
Cons
The reality is, the product suite, at least during my tenure, was a tough sell for high-end clients who want premium environments and/or efficient sales conversions. A great fit for lower-level buyers or those who just want high CPC click/traffic volume without backing into a tight CPA - if you can get a role there selling to that kind of client, grab it. If it's a more high-end client audience, it may still be worth a shot, but prepare for more market resistance.

Pros
Very good people Head of development is a great boss overall Management doesn't micro-manage your time, and nobody is picky about work hours
Cons
The company cash flow is drastically shrinking. The future looks shakey. At the end of the day, the product maybe interesting from an infrastructure point of view, but it's an ad company, nothing more
