I worked at Inneractive full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Super strong team!
Constantly adapting new technologies, open-source culture, very techie vibe.
Versatile tech-stacks, opportunity to get familiar with different engineering aspects (Core server, mobile, web, cloud, DevOps...).
    Great compensation and benefits.

    Cons

The engineering team is relatively small and many times work load is very high.
    Lack of tolerance to non-excellency.

    Pros

Part of a dynamic, rapidly changing industry which translates to a very driven and challenging work environment.
Management acknowledges hard work and provides opportunities to expand employee's knowledge.
There are efforts to be transparent with employees about what the company is working on across the board.
Loads of room for employee growth and development, any ideas or initiatives you've got will be heard (and maybe put into practice).
Great people, those start-up energies are still present.

    Cons

It's a growing company so there are some difficulties there; like slight overcrowding in the offices.
There are internal politics (every organization has these) but they don't seem to hinder the day-to-day work.

Management got nice end of year bonuses
Team mentality strong (for the wrong reasons)
