      Pros

      Company vehicle, pay was good, some really great people.

      Cons

      Prohibitively expensive insurance, half the office was fired leading to a major increase in workload with no change in compensation, no reviews even after years of employment, executive staff focused on using AI instead of skill, no chance of working remotely unless weather is terrible, etc.

      Do not work here. Run. Bad pay, atrocious culture (regardless of what they say). Owner is horrible to work for. Run.

      The employees in my department are great.

      Cons

      Company will make promises that they do not keep. If you take a position make sure that you get what you want upfront. They will continue to add duties to your plate without compensation.
