      Dishonest employer!

      Pros

      3, 12 hour shifts with 4 days off

      Cons

      When you are hired they tell you that there will be overtime, production pay and bonuses. What they dont tell you is that achieving 100% is impossible except for the supervisors. Overtime is only given to people that get 100% so if your looking for overtime, it wont happen here. HR is just as dishonest. I wouldnt waist your time!

      Pros

      Weekly paycheck and guaranteed work.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime especially for lift drivers. Terrible management! Horrible communication! Low paying for the work an hours! Dirty building, spider webs, birds, snakes, rats you name it. Shows favoritism towards their own being a Spanish run company at the concord facility! Not worth it!

      Pros

      Good people to work with. The concept of engineering driven results is sound and provides results the company can stand on. Everyone is helpful and the pool of knowledge is great.

      Cons

      Positions are based on contract obligations with a client. Though this makes one try harder to perform employment is contingent on the customer
