Business Outlook
Pros
Engineers take the time to help keep everyone in the know about new technology and are very approachable. It's hard to come up with pros as so much of my time spent here was spent in turmoil.
Cons
The office drama was astronomical and a huge distraction from work. People all talk about everyone else. The upper management participates in the gossip which leads to a lot more drama. Bullies are alive and well within IAS. If you are a heart person you won't survive here.
