      The team was full of amazing coworkers that have the ability and grow and thrive if given the opportunity

      Communication is heavily lacking across departments and from upper management, the disorganization of strategy and plans long term is taking a toll on employees, pay is low

      Managers have no idea how to effectively communicate and no processes are set in place. A lot of people with good intentions but no follow-through. Clients are constantly upset and there isn’t enough staff to manage all of it.
