      The overall environment in pretty casual and the people are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      We don't receive bonuses or Christmas gifts (ironic).

      Pros

      Love my co-workers and the artists we work with. Great label to get your feet wet in a lot of different categories and exposed to the music industry. The company does an excellent job of creating community amongst the staff through bi-weekly staff meetings, lunches, holiday parties and company outings.

      Cons

      Our workspace is crammed with the number of employees, however, the company is moving into a larger space this year. This will eliminate this con.

      They truly love the gospel mission. They are also genuinely good people to work with.

      Cons

      Often disorganized in execution. Eg. Not knowing when I’ll receive my check. Emails going unanswered.
