It's true that we do not yet provide medical insurance. We do provide a flexible work schedule, 2 weeks vacation to start, ten holidays, two of which are floating, three sick days each year, paid bereavement leave, paid time off to vote, military leave with reinstatement, a Section 125 plan (medical insurance and dependent care expenses as pre-tax deductions, profit sharing, cash bonuses, referral bonuses and an employee assistance program.
