    Pros

Fantastic values on sustainability and environmental issues. Best products in the market.

    Pros

A very strong message allows us to hit the market with, in the words of Simon Sinek, a compelling Why.

    Cons

Company is currently transitioning from a small company mindset to a global corporation with the expected growing pains associated with that.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget where we came from.

    Pros

Great people, friendly environment to work in. Care about the well beings of employees and are passionate about the work they all do. Not a dull corporate style office to work in at all.

    Cons

Smaller company size in each office so nothing is really a secret, and everyone is physically close together as well.

    Advice to Management

Keep the strong company passion going, maybe distinguish better between hourly and salary workers. Keep the environment and office atmosphere feeling the same way.
