    Pros

Hmmm - None really. No benefits, poor pay - if they actually pay you and you have to work nights and weekends.

    Cons

You have to work for the biggest cons. Owners, who now go by the name Roman Pearl and Danielle Pearl took the money and ran, leaving customers out of what they paid. Now the wife is an "Author" on amazon.com under the new name.

    Advice to Management

Take the money you make off your wife's new book sales and pay back the customers you stole from. Also pay the employees that were missing paychecks and commissions.
