There is constant support and encouragement for growth at Inter in many ways. The first is client growth. Intergrowth can truly help a client's business grow. It has been amazing to be able to see firsthand how much Intergrowth's impact has on a business. (check out the case studies on the site) The second is company growth. Intergrowth has always listened to any ideas I've had and challenges all of us on how we can improve/grow as a company. Lastly is personal growth. I've felt blessed to be working in this position with Intergrowth because of the constant support on growing as an employee within the company and also as a person outside of the company.

I've been here a little over six months now and I can truthfully say I've never worked for a better company or team. It truly is a team environment. At first, I was worried about learning all of the processes, but Inter-Growth has all of it covered! The brightest spot for me is they encourage and want you to learn more about the industry, whether that's reading a book or attending seminars to keep up on the latest digital marketing trends.
