Pros
Great Leadership Good community Communication, pay, and professionalism are all top-notch
Cons
Because they are such a high-quality marketing agency, you really have to meet a higher standard but that isn't really a con, it just pushes you to do your best.

A Great Company With A True Heart For Freelancers
Mar 14, 2022 - Freelance Content Writer in Springfield, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The best thing about working for Inter is that they really care about their freelancers. They are easy to work with, are exceptionally understanding, utilize common-sense processes to make work simpler and more efficient, and also just overall treat their freelancers like real people instead of content-generating robots who don't have lives, feelings, or emotions. I've been in this industry for going on 13 years at this point, and I have to say that I've worked for very few companies who have displayed the kind of professionalism displayed by Inter; and even then, I've probably never seen such professionalism maintained at-scale. I just can't say enough good stuff about them!
Cons
I'm not sure that I would call it a 'con' per se, but when working with Inter, it's really important that you be a self-starter, a problem solver, and capable of figuring things out. They do their best to help guide freelancers, but there are quite a few processes that you'll need to learn. And you'll need to be capable of jumping into projects with a 'can do' attitude. At first, this might feel a bit overwhelming. But I found that this added effort is worth it in the long term, no doubt.

Both Client and Personal Growth With Inter
Mar 14, 2022 - Growth Project ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There is constant support and encouragement for growth at Inter in many ways. The first is client growth. Intergrowth can truly help a client's business grow. It has been amazing to be able to see firsthand how much Intergrowth's impact has on a business. (check out the case studies on the site) The second is company growth. Intergrowth has always listened to any ideas I've had and challenges all of us on how we can improve/grow as a company. Lastly is personal growth. I've felt blessed to be working in this position with Intergrowth because of the constant support on growing as an employee within the company and also as a person outside of the company.
Cons
no cons - if I ever have a con, I feel fully comfortable expressing concerns with Pat

Pros
I've been here a little over six months now and I can truthfully say I've never worked for a better company or team. It truly is a team environment. At first, I was worried about learning all of the processes, but Inter-Growth has all of it covered! The brightest spot for me is they encourage and want you to learn more about the industry, whether that's reading a book or attending seminars to keep up on the latest digital marketing trends. They genuinely want you to grow and succeed! Pros: - Fully remote - Outstanding onboarding process - Work-Life Balance - Management - The entire team! - Engaging work -PTO
Cons
Currently ZERO red flags at this company.

Excellent, forward-thinking company
Mar 14, 2022 - Freelance Content WriterRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You learn so much working with Intergrowth, and they invest in your growth as a content creator. Their projects are varied and interesting. They also accommodate you when you request more or less work. If you get a chance to work with them, you'll quickly realize how lucky you are!
Cons
There really aren't many so I'm reaching here: but I could live without the email notifications triggered by fellow employees concerning their work on parts of a project I'm not associated with.
Thank you for sharing such kind words about being a part of the team! More importantly, thanks for sharing this feedback about all of the email notifications. This is a huge opportunity for improvement. Lauren rolled out a process update yesterday that should help to cut down on the frequency of unnecessary email notifications within our project management system. Do you mind responding in this thread or emailing me directly if you're still encountering this issue in ~2 weeks? thanks, pat

Pros
Intergrowth, through its evolution with both Junto and Inter, is an organization that values input from all employees at all levels - including and especially our freelance team.
Cons
We work on deadlines, so if a person isn't comfortable working to a deadline they might find that to be a con.

Intergrowth is an incredibly wonderful company to work with!
Mar 15, 2022 - Anonymous Freelancer in ChandigarhRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I've been working with Intergrowth as Outreach & SEO expert for more than three years now. And, we must say that this platform offers all the good things freelancers look for! One thing that differentiates Intergrowth from others is, the kind of professionalism they display. Working as freelance employees is not a cakewalk. But, with platforms like Intergrowth, one can sail smoothly through the freelance journey. They know how to value freelancers; and, this is what boosts our productivity. We just can’t say enough about these guys.
Cons
Variety of work on the to-do list definitely adds to a good learning experience but can sometimes leave one overwhelmed. HAHA!! Nevertheless, the superbly supportive, encouraging work culture did make me the Jack of all trades. Thank you, Intergrowth Team!

That's a phenomenal idea to roll out an LMS to make process docs and other resources more easily accessible. I could see this being a huge help to new + existing members of the team. Thanks for sharing this feedback! More to come on this soon :) thanks, pat
