    Pros

Great place to work as WSP provider.

    Cons

You are not able to use them as a reference:( or request a letter of recommendation. I was told as per my former supervisor.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if former employees were able utilize their time of employment with the organization with potential employers by receiving recognition for dedication, proficiency and work ethics.

I have been working at JCCA (More than a year)

    Pros

Supportive staff, supportive supervisor, and the agency is making an effort to build more community.

    Cons

Paperwork and caseload dictated by ACS. Administration is trying to negotiate contracts for lower caseloads, but staff turnover is huge due to burn out. Also, clinical work suffers.

    Advice to Management

Until the contract can be negotiated, the agency should lower caseloads regardless and make up the difference in salary. Staff turnover is expensive financially and affects work culture negatively, lowering morale.

I have been working at JCCA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A great place to work, and definitely offers opportunity for growth within the company.

    Cons

The work at JCCA can be stressful in terms that we work with children that have been affected by trauma or some sort of neglect or abuse. This can be very traumatizing for an employee.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent to staff when change is occurring within the agency, and especially when it affects staff.
