Pros
Decent benefits (though there have been cuts recently), safe, friendly environment, good people, incentive bonuses every month, cheap place to live, good work life balance (unless you're a Product Manager or Associate PM, then you have to be on late night calls with Asia factories, etc), and you work closely with VPs, CEO, etc.
Cons
They're cutting budgets and corners as of Dec 2025, there isn't good opportunities for career growth as an industrial designer, and the pay is okay as an industrial designer but for most other positions it is not competitive. They claim that the monthly incentive makes up for the lack of pay, but the incentive is based on company performance and isn't consistent. Upper management sometimes struggles to follow through on their claims of valuing good design.
