    Pros

This is a wonderful place to work! I've been employed here for a little more than a year and have no complaints.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of a single con about working here. The management is easy to work with and beyond helpful.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! The company is very well run and highly organized.

    Advice to Management

Do my job for a week and see that it's nearly impossible to have satisfied customers or feel a sense of accomplishment.

I worked at Jei Learning Center part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pros are the days when there aren't too many kids. You sit most of the time since you're teaching a table of kids.
    Air conditioning
Flexible hours, you can call out and there is no consequence, just don't do it every week

    Cons

Management communication is terrible, not paid enough for the job you do. Sometimes, manager could be rude with parents and kids.
    Cleaning duties
Facility is small and not the best set-up for a learning environment.

    Advice to Management

WORK ON COMMUNICATION! The manager would expect me to fulfill so many tasks without instructing me how to correctly do so. Very frustrating. Would change policies weekly so it is very inconsistent.

I have been working at Jei Learning Center part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is an amazing feeling to help a company come so far with creating a social media presence, and it has been a wonderful skill-building opportunity for my own abilities in marketing. My boss is also an absolute joy to work for, and has had no trouble in allowing me to make this job truly my own, especially where our social media campaigns are concerned.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that it is a position meant as a stepping stone for me. Since I am graduating soon, and the location is in my college town, there is definitely an expiration date on the time I am able to spend here.

    Advice to Management

My only advice to upper management would be to make sure there are more branch managers like my own at the other locations we have, because her passion and commitment to the JEI Learning Experience is what allows me to be better at my job every day.

I have been working at Jei Learning Center part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The students are diverse and there are many different age groups to work with. Often, the students are more motivated to succeed due to the fact that JEI provides supplemental instruction to students' workload outside of their formal public education

    Cons

The enrollment of students was very low so the work hours were sparse.

    Advice to Management

Try to utilize the local area to advertise more efficiently.

    Pros

    Kids, if you like them
Flexible working time, you can work mostly in the afternoon and evening

    Cons

    You are required to drive
    No promotion opportunity
Employers taking advantage of employees who don't know the law
Change company rules frequently, which might be not fair to some employees

    Advice to Management

There must be a reason why so many employees quit within less than a year
If you want to keep them, listen to them and be reasonable.
Stop managing and thinking in Korean way
