Communication between admin and units/branches is horrible. People in admin departments that were from Director Gardner's terrible reign need to leave because they lack communication skills, growth with the times, and enthusiasm for their job positions. Most of all, you as an employee don't matter because you are not part of administration. They can screw up your hiring process and they won't be held accountable.
