    Pros

Good People / Work Environment / Flexible Hours / Seem to be busy the entire day. There is not much down time

    Cons

Poor knowledge base among Executive Management, Communication from the top down to the entry level employee is very poor. Way too much talking and not action seen by Executive Management

    Advice to Management

Simple ... practice what you preach. Embrace the core values that have been established by the Executive team. Reward those who religiously promote the company and dedicate their time to customer satisfaction and remove those who do not promote a positive atmosphere in the organization

I worked at Jet Lithocolor full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexibility (but that's more because they don't care; see Cons)

    Cons

Honestly, this company has a niche market that is slowly disappearing. Their technology is a JOKE! They tried to put together half-baked and horrible solutions straight out of russia!

Managers have no drive and will take credit for anything you do. While they should help grow you as an employee, they instead feel threatened by people who come up with good ideas and then take those ideas as their own.

    Advice to Management

Please think about the future of the company and the employees working there. They deserve the commitment for you guys to make sure they can provide for their families. At this rate, they will be unemployed in a few years.

I worked at Jet Lithocolor full-time

    Pros

Jet offers great flexability with your work/personal schedule. There are also a few executives who really have a grasp on what they are trying to do with the company.

    Cons

    Where to start...

They preach integrity, but then ask you to lie and they continue to employ inept managers at the expense of those manager's employees. You'll be asked to do a million tasks due yesterday and then held accountable because management failed to give you the resources needed to complete the job. Also, there is no confidentiality what-so-ever. Assume anything you tell anyone including confidential meetings, will end up known around the company. Honestly, Jet has a lot going for it, and with the right management and direction it could be quiet a force in the industry. But as of current, management and the lack of accountability of those in charge will be it's the downfall.

    Advice to Management

Clean house please. Not only will it make the moral better, but it will help Jet's bottom line. Also, treat employees who are doing the work to keep Jet moving day in and day out with more respect, and in turn they will work harder for you. Lastly, to be in technology and e-commerce, you need to have people who know and understand the industry to lead it. Otherwise it's the blind leading the blind.

    Pros

The people / Seeing customers’ creative ideas come to life

    Cons

    Overall lack of the following:

Communication between all of Jet’s facilities, and within buildings
Drive, positive reinforcement, and motivation to go above and beyond your job description
    Skill sets amongst many employees
New employee, developmental and continual training and documentation.
    Overall professional structure
    Accountability
    Overall respect between some departments
Interest from management to know what their employees actually do
    Technology investments

    Advice to Management

Many employees have worked years of miracles with their blood, sweat, and tears, and carry that great knowledge that make what seem like impossible projects happen and get out the door. Show more respect and investment to ALL employees, not just machines.

  10. "You have to work there to believe it!"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Depemding on when you started and who you were hired by, you could be paid above average and a somewhat flexible work schedule/hours.

Okay insurance coverage and options to pick from.

    Cons

Stop making salary employees take paid time off when the company is closed down and mandatory not to be there.

You can't take vacation until after a year and after that, it may take another year to be able to get the full two weeks, depending on when you started.

Accountability, documention, training and leadership is desperately needed.

There are some people who can do whatever they want and would never lose their job, stop keeping people because of how long they worked there. It creates poor morale.

Jet also needs to realize they are not a technology company. Stop trying to be something you're not unless you are going to invest in qualified management and technology to keep in the game.

    Advice to Management

Start leading by doing and stop letting others do whatever they want without consequences.
