Pros

The existence of bonus structures.

Cons

The absolute sheer nepotism running through the Phillipines management department is unheard of. There have been several whistleblowers about this topic in the last 6 months. Managers are promoting and hiring members of their family without any expertise and without well deserved perfomances. As a employee you are not allowed to have a seat on the table, the existence of 360 degree management feedback is pointless since if you dare to critize or point out to any flaws to the strategy you are goind to be sanctioned and set up for failure. You have senior managers who hire their own people, are incompetent in his role, you have managers trying to cause a stir and conflict between the agents and what is really depressing is the fact that the whole management team work together as if it is a mafia and they will go after you like a hungry hyenas if you try to raise your voice. People have been sanctioned and laid off. It is absolutely horrifying environment to work in. They (the management team) try to stick together by keeping the owners in the dark and shift the blame for the low revenues on ordinary agents ( who are overcrowded with silly and unnecessary rules and procedures to abide by) when in fact they (the management team) are to blame for creating bizarre call strategies without any pilot testing. If you want to grow professionally and be happy and satisfied with your job, avoid JobGet at all cost!!

Pros

Remote work, great colleagues, unlimited PTO, plenty of free time while you wait for someone to give you work to do

Cons

Leadership very obviously has minimal experience in vision and strategy and consistently makes the wrong decision. Teams constantly have to beg for basic functionality and bear the wrath of unhappy clients and customers. Company is “transparent” in when the business is trending downwards but blames every downturn on the economy and not on on the product. They then have the gall to find the positives in the loss of a major client or partnership and frame it as a strategic position. The ideas that come from senior leadership demonstrate a blatant misunderstanding of the user and industry. I’m not sure why some of these people work in such high positions at this company when they’re so unfamiliar and disconnected from the space. To make up for it they’ll hire “industry experts” that they either don’t listen to or this person ALSO has no idea what they’re doing and blows hundreds of thousands of dollars on a terrible initiative. They’ve made extremely poor decisions that have caused a lot of people to become unemployed for months as a result. If you’re worried about job security, don’t work here.

Pros

Raised money to have a bit of runway. Remote first company

Cons

Executive leadership is so lost in finding the companies identity, or lack thereof, that they blindingly set poor goals and have zero idea why or how to achieve them.
