Pros
Worked for Jobtracks for 5 years. I was hired to work as a recruiter. I had no prior expierence. Jobtracks started off as a small staffing company. When I've arrived in 2017, it was a total of 6-8 employees. In 2022, Jobtracks has grown to over 40 employees. The company is continuing to expand and grow. The staff and CEO are very supportive and caring about your overall success. PTO is solid, commissions as a recruiter are fair, and you can get to work remotely! I will miss my team, however, I'm very excited to see the staffing company continue to grow!
Cons
Communication could be an issue. The benefits are basic at best. Traning is almost non-existent and you're expected to perform right away with little knowledge of the jobs and industries you're working on. Goals can be inconsistent. Raises on the base salary would be nice.
