      Pros

      You're not just a number, the company actually cares about you. Monthly bonus during race season. Everyone receives the same bonus from executives to associates. Christmas week off every year and a yearly bonus. Outstanding HR department, they really care.

      Cons

      Management changes can affect workplace enjoyment.

      Pros

      Most of the employees who you get to work around have great attitudes about working here and being in the competitive environment that is a racing organization.

      Cons

      If you do not like getting pushed to continue to strive for quality work and better performance, then this might not be the place for you. If you do not come into work everyday with the mindset of doing your best for the team, this might not be the job for you.

      Pros

      Benefits are great and employees are fun to be around. The atmosphere is laid back when it can be but strict when needed. Everyone gets along well and management works to help the employees succeed. There is a gym on site for employees.

      Cons

      The beginning of the race season can cause some heavier hours for a month or so, but it slows back down and normalizes soon after the race season starts.
