      Favoritism. Unqualified people learning from ojt because certificated people can't get a job. I was told that my degree or medical certificate doesn't matter.

      Site is good place with great coworkers.

      Cons

      Corporate is not hiring technicians. Probably because techs in general are getting significant pay raises in other parts of pharmacy. Pharmacists end up doing more and more with stagnant pay.
