      Pros

      Not so bad for a job straight out of college or if you only have an associate degree. Friendly coworkers Solid work/life balance

      Cons

      Pay is a little less than industry standards Lack of opportunities to grow. They promise opportunities will come in time but who knows when that will be. Complicated system that keeps getting more complicated despite promises to the contrary and therefore results in micromanagement. High turnover. They promise a new website but who knows when it'll be here.

      Great place to learn about the paper and print world. You get to meet different people from around the city and help them make a good decision on their products -Great benefits and hours. -Perfect place if you don't like a large office -Nice view and convenient to get to. -you'll always have something to keep you busy -other reps are very helpful and friendly Pretty easy job once you learn the system.

      Cons

      Management will judge you before getting to know you, your work ethics and personality. -Judgement zone -Makes you provide your own background check -Unprofessional management -You will be micro managed and watched like a hawk This company has low review ratings for a reason.

      None that I can recall, honestly

      Micromanagement, unsophisticated website that seemingly will never be updated, low pay, could definitely customers better, be more apologetic.
