Pros
The books are fine to work on if you don’t mind doing the same thing over and over again. The office is nice and there’s flexibility with scheduling that’s convenient.
Cons
In general, many of the folks are surprisingly uptight for people in such a creative industry. Unique perspectives aren’t valued. Discussion of diversity issues is usually surface level at best and some higher level employees display a distressingly low level of understanding about such topics. There’s generally a sense of self-importance about the company that can be incredibly grating. Narrow margin for errors. Little to no opportunity for advancement in such a small team.
