Pros
You will get work from home mostly as KR elixir is fully depends on Equifax projects.
Cons
Equifax can terminate any employee anytime so KR elixir will also leave you same day. You don’t have any notice to serve or any chance to look for changes. Very poor job security. Work also depends on Equifax team, if you are in good team you have some work else you have very less job that too dependent on some other team.

It has been a great experience to work KRE so far. Everyone is supportive and friendly. Directly working with a client. No micro management from KRE. Would recommend KRE for anyone exploring new job opportunities and to get best platform to work in latest technologies.
