Kaemingk is a company that offers you the opportunity to work with a foreign language you got knowledge of, selling a cool product. It attracts young people and that is what they make use of. The salary is ridiculously low and promises for improvement are not being kept (Heard this from various colleagues and experienced it myself as well unfortunately). On the contrary, an ex-colleague of mine was told she'll get a new contract, then bought a house in Kaemingk's area, just to hear that eventually they were not giving her the contract after all. Consider Kaemingk as a post-grad stepping stone where you could work for a year or two, in case you are willing to accept a minimum wage and you want to stay in the area, but don't see it as a serious long term opportunity.
