This is a great place for quick learners who are new to the IT industry. Pretty much everything must be self-taught after hire.
Cons
One of the owners is incredibly immature and disrepectful, making for an underisable work environment (IE: yelling and slamming things in his office when upset). And a self-declared "boys club," watch out ladies! A company this size does not have to play by FMLA rules.
