Management is incredibly accommodating — whether it’s taking time off, handling unexpected appointments, or dealing with family matters, they’ve always been understanding and flexible. Kimco truly values its employees. The benefits are great, and there are plenty of staff appreciation events, surprise lunches, BBQs, and other fun activities that make you feel recognized and connected. There’s also room to grow here — opportunities for advancement are encouraged, and management is always willing to invest in additional training to help you build your skills.
