Pathetic Structureless Work culture

There are none actually to be frank.

Cons

They will make you work 12 hours a day and 7 days a week with very little compensation. The work culture is extremely toxic and people are egoistic maniacs. They will never stop calling you on your weekoff as well.

You will get lots of exposure in short period of time as this is a startup company

Cons

One of the major cons is at starting they will you that you will get off on weekends and there won't be overtime workload daily. But after 2 months you won't be getting off on weekends and they will make you work from 10am to 9-10pm. And if some reasons you aren't available to work on weekends then they will ask you to resign.

Only salary comes on time

1.) the company doesn't have the vision and it company is run by one or two people 2.) they don't understand how to run the business 3.) They will fire the BD people in 3 months if you don't perform but if are serving the notice, they will withhold the F&F 3.) Lastly and one of the biggest pain for BD team, if you leave the company, they will withhold the F&F so don't serve any notice if you are in Business Development. 4.) People who are in sales must not join the company as they will eat your salaries and F&F
