Pros

THERE ARE NO PROS TO THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU'RE WHITE... soo RUNNNNNNN

Cons

This company is very racists calls colored people slaves.CFO is very racist all colored people are slaves to him. higher management doesn't care about anyone unless your in their circle of protected employees.Once the CFO doesn't like beware because he will do everything in his power to get rid of you. doesn't care about laws or lawsuits. He speaks to anyone like you're an animal. There is no growth opportunity there unless you're white or sleeping with the owner or managers. They do not care if you are sick / single mothers. you cannot work overtime unless you're in the protected circle.

Pros

No pro working here.

Cons

The work weeks stretch to over 50-100 hours, and the managers say work as much as you have to. There are no raises, and the sales force was let go with the CEO lying about no lay offs in the pipeline. There is nothing but excuses from the CEO, and the company was bought out by Platinum Equity. No plans about staying home, and manager's try to force employees to come back. Significant cuts have been made, and people at the company are getting Covid-19. Everyone is afraid of getting laid off. CEO said everyone is safe but the sales team was cut, and those who are friends of the owner are promoted.

Pros

It is remote work, there is little supervision (some may see that as a pro, I personally do not), flexibility with hours (convenient to schedule daytime doctor appointments, etc.)

Cons

The company was bought by an equity firm last year who only seem to care about profits and not their employees. I've watched new people be brought in and hardworking tenured employees be pushed out. The culture has gone downhill tremendously and I get no support in my job. The benefits are not competitive, there is little to no training, there is a lack of defined duties & responsibilities so you end up doing some of everything and the workload is unmanageable. The supervisors have no idea how much work you're doing and I only hear from them when there is a problem/something they need from me. I have been promised promotions a few times and each time I got an increased workload but no actual title/compensation change.
