Pros

The salary is relatively high, and the people in my team are all nice and friendly. We are all united and focused on getting things done. Although there are many arguments, they are all for moving the project forward.

Cons

The management of new employees is chaotic, and the training program changes constantly. It makes you feel like a brick in the company—moved wherever needed. The same goes for management trainees; they are shuffled around by executives to do odd jobs as much as possible. In reality, you learn almost nothing. You might just end up with some work experience to make job hunting easier later on. Project schedules are extremely tight. The social insurance and housing fund provided are not commensurate with the salary. Overtime pay is calculated based on the city's minimum standard. Taking holidays is generally discouraged. It's just a factory focused on making money. If you want a personal life, you definitely shouldn't come here.
