    Pros

Seeing lots of Olympic sport was a plus, a small plus though for the pain of the job.

    Cons

Extremely dull, paper pushing for the sake of looking like we have an actual job to do. Too many cooks spoil the pot, and this is what being our department felt like.

    Advice to Management

Not much to say here, apart from find some actual worthwhile work to get on with but culture of people playing the system and the size of the 'machine' makes it difficult.

I worked at LOCOG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Delivery of one of the most challenging projects of my life, with one of the least movable deadlines
Great culture with a great ethic.

    Cons

Once it was over, it was over!
Salary was below average, with work demands much, much higher than average. We did it for the good of humanity (at least we hope we did).

    Advice to Management

Thanks to everyone for making the games, and for the future of the country and the games itself.
