The supervisors won't let us leave
Nov 15, 2022 - Customer Service Representative in Powder Springs, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The starting pay offer was better than others I've been to in the same industry.
Cons
We are all expected to do overtime work and no one can escape it. The supervisors won't let us leave the office if they need you to work overtime. That's just crazy ridiculous! It felt like the management thinks we're in kindergarten and we can't make our own decisions!

Pros
They used to offer growth opportunities to their employees, but it stopped happening after a while. It wasn't very pleasant.
Cons
The work culture was terrible. A diverse set of people worked here, and all of them a lot of attitude and ego issues. You had to be careful about what you said, as people offended quickly. If they did, they became very rude and disrespectful.

Pros
A quite, though a bit too much so, office to allow you to work done. But that quietness will be disturbed once the CEO enters the office.
Cons
The CEO will verbally drag you through the mud in front of other employees for any misstep and had a judgmental ego that was only matched by his stubborn nature. The manner in which interns were used as if they were paper towels, completely transient and disposable was disheartening. Almost disheartening as to how to low they were paying the employees.

Mismanagement from the CEO
Aug 5, 2022 - Customer Service RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Every tier of leadership (barring the CEO), were extremely open to new ideas, constructive criticism, and questions. Any concerns were listened to and addressed as best as they could be.
Cons
Extremely mismanagement from the CEO. Other than CEO, there were a few other cons (which primarily stem from his decisions and management). Not a real 401k, not great upward mobility, raises rarely happens and do not keep up with the cost of living. Employees were perpetually over-worked and on-call without appropriate compensation.

You are nothing more than a robot
Jul 6, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not many, for the most part the people I worked with on a day to day basis were great.
Cons
Do not work for this company if you never want to have a separation of home life from work as well as being told one thing by a part of management only to be gaslighted when you question it and put on action plans if your numbers are not perfect. You are nothing more than a number and robot.

Pros
None. There aren't any good reasons to work for this company. They do not stand behind you when the client discriminates against you.
Cons
This place is essentially a nursing home with a recruiting function. As a recruiter, I spin my wheels all day long hoping to get lucky. Next to no work-life balance unless you count the 5 minutes everyone waits for the bosses to leave the office to follow suit. Pay is below market for the location's recruiting agencies.

Pros
great, competitive , intelligent, fun, hard work
Cons
unorganized, competitive, loose, small, pay

Pros
I made the best decision which was to leave. My life wasn't going anywhere anymore so I needed to step up and make the decision.
Cons
My time here caused me a lot of health issues, and the management couldn't care less. They need you to do what they pay you for no matter what it takes. That means working long hours without taking enough rest in between until I couldn't take the exhaustion any longer.

Stressed and underpaid
Apr 11, 2022 - Customer Service RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The work atmosphere is often saved by the high level of cooperation and camaraderie among the employees.
Cons
Employees who work in this company are both stressed and underpaid. The stress is from the high-pressure, fast-paced work environment. The management likes to push employees to their limits, even when they reach unhealthy levels of stress. The pay is really low and just awful when compared to other companies in the industry. I don't recommend working here unless you have no other choice.
