      Contracting company for many tech giants

      Pros

      Leadstack puts you in a contract position with another company- so you work for a different employer but get paid by leadstack. It's your average contracting company with whom you will have little interaction with during your time at the company you are working for.

      Cons

      The benefits were minimal and the pay was hourly. After working with them for a year and a half I asked for a raise since my employer supported my growth, but was denied because I was told that Leadstack doesn't make enough money off of my contract. There was very little contact with them unless problems arose.

      Recruiter I worked with provided some help. Made herself available when needed

      Cons

      Terrible candidate experience and I've had some instances where I'm not paid on time. Hard to get in touch to ask questions and no transparency

      Great place to work, low opportunities after contract

      Great place to work while you have a contract

      Cons

      Terrible opportunities once your contract is over. They don't have enough relationships to restaff you elsewhere so you can keep working for leadstack.
