Pros

Learning Care Group truly invests in its leaders and teams. I have experienced strong support from my manager, clear expectations, and opportunities for professional growth. The company values compliance, child safety, and quality education, while still empowering directors to lead their schools with autonomy and purpose. There is a strong emphasis on training, continuous improvement, and doing what’s right for children and families. The culture encourages collaboration, transparency, and accountability. I appreciate that leadership is accessible and willing to listen, and that successes are recognized. The resources provided help schools maintain high standards and feel supported, especially during challenging situations.

Cons

Like any organization in early childhood education, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, and balancing staffing needs with daily operations can be challenging. However, support and guidance are available when needed.

Pros

You get benefits such as health care, legal services, dental, etc.

Cons

Work culture is a big problem. A lot of social climber mentality. No one in admin wants to work in the daycare, they want to work higher in the company which is reflected in their work. The company oversight itself is an issue. There is not a budget for supplies yet the expectations on you still exist. A lot of rules that were in place before we opened are absolutely not followed through with as it was formally presented.

Pros

Positive atmosphere within individual schools. Great support amongst teaching staff and school directors.

Cons

Corporate managers have no clue what classroom management actually looks like. They make policies that aren't practical and hold school admin accountable for things outside of their control. They care about profit only.
